Here are some reviews from our users.

“Horrible place, it takes longer to fill out the paperwork than the amount of time they keep a patient that is at great harm to themselves. Find someplace else to actually get some real help!! I gave it one star since it wouldnt let me chose less.”

“Called them and the staff was rude and extremely vague.. made phone calls for like an hour and a half just to get transport ‘myself’ because the staff is lazy and rude. Got here after 2 maybe 2 and a half hours and when I get here they’re full. These people don’t care.”

“This place should be shut down!! Its like living in a box!! If you want to treat people you need to buy a bigger building!! Staff is rude!! You should invest in some groups so your patients dont half to just stare at the wall all day!! What kind of a mental health facility does not talk with their patients! Get some groups!!!”

“This place is hell. They don’t help you or treat you like a human being. Go anywhere else but here they won’t give you medication or do anything to help you feel better.”

“I never wanted to truly experience death until after my stay at Community Bridges. This place was my literal hell and did nothing but make me realize how truly pathetic this system is. If you care even a little about your family, do NOT send them here.”

A Safe Place For Your Patients During A Crisis

How not to take things personally? | Frederik Imbo | TEDxMechelen

CBI’s Crisis Care locations are open 24/7/365. These locations provide crisis treatment for adults and accept walk-ins at any time. These locations also accept drop-offs from first responders, allowing the individuals in their care to easily access needed behavioral health services and allowing first responders to return to their community-based work within minutes.

The length of stay in Crisis Care locations is brief and dependent on the individuals needs. Those that are experiencing a crisis that does not resolve with brief treatment will be connected to a higher level of care, which is often on site.

No Wrong Door

Crisis Care services are available to all individuals in crisis, age 18 and over, regardless of insurance coverage or an inability to pay.
