I have already told you my experience with sugar scrubs before Vasu Sugar Scrub came into my life. Now, I am going to share my experience after using this product for almost a month. First of all, I am in love with the texture of this. It is exactly how I like my exfoliators to be, loaded with scrubbing particles. If you and I have the same taste in scrubs, youll love this product to the core. It comes in a 50g jar but that lasts for long as a little goes a long way.
The sugar granules in it remove dead cells and impurities very effectively without being harsh on the skin. Its very mild and gentle which is quite unusual for sugar scrubs. This product contains the goodness of Kumkumadi oil that is well-known for its magical properties that adds a youthful glow to the face and is a natural anti-ageing agent. Apart from these, the product is free from any toxins and harmful chemicals, its a completely plant-based product, cruelty-free and dermatologically tested.
I use it on the days my skin needs some TLC. I take some of it and apply gently on to my skin. It dissolves on the skin after massaging for a few seconds and turns into a runny form of exfoliant. After washing my face with water, my skin instantly feels clean and rejuvenated. It makes the skin brighter and comparatively tighter with regular use.

Do you get obsessed with some products or is it just me? When Dior launched its lip scrub, I knew I wanted one. I started asking for it and it was sold out pretty much everywhere until I causally walked in at one of the most unexpected stores and they had it. I have been using it non stop since I have got my hands on it and it is so so amazing that I am reviewing it for your already.
This is a gentle sugar lip scrub that comes in this lipstick-like tube. The packaging is this gorgeous baby pink case with silver twist tube. You rub it on your lips and the tiny sugar granules are left on your lips. You rub those granules between your lips and they melt away. You are left with a lovely lip balm on your lips. Since I am in pretty insane cold weather these days, my lips have become extra demanding.
I often get lazy when it comes to using lip scrub out of the pot, but this has become my constant go-to now. It is my favourite coat-pocket friend these days. My lips have not only become softer but I feel I dont have to keep reapplying lip balm throughout the day plus the flaking of lips has pretty much gone. It has been so good on my lips and it is so easy to use, no wonder it is hard to get your hands on. I am sure this would definitely become one of the cult favourites soon.
This definitely is my super favourite product this year so far.

How To Use Vasu Sugar Scrub
- Wet your face and neck,
- Take a dollop of the scrub on to your palm and rub it between your palms to spread the product evenly before applying.
- Gently massage your face with the product in circular motions focusing the nose, chin or any other problematic areas on your face.
- Rinse your face thoroughly with cold water.
About 1-2 minutes of massage would be sufficient as you wont want to over-exfoliate your skin. You must use this product on wet skin as the consistency is quite thick and it wont spread on the skin evenly only to make it tough to massage properly. You are advised to use this scrub once or twice a week for better results.
