ABOUT ROCK ISLAND COUNTY COUNCIL ON ADDICTIONS

Spread across five acres in the Illinois countryside, Rock Island County Council on Addictions has served its surrounding community for more than 50 years. RICCAs three-building complex offers outpatient treatment and extended residential care for adolescents and adults struggling with substance abuse, as well as anger management and DUI classes. Admission priority is granted to pregnant women and IV drug users.

TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT

Outpatient programming is much the same for adults and adolescents, with both intensive or non-intensive care on offer, and featuring individual, group, and family counseling. Length of stay varies based on individual needs, and treatment follows a standard 12-step approach. Those at risk of relapse after completing outpatient treatment may take advantage of RICCAs continuing care services, accessible to anyone who has completed a primary treatment program, either in or out of state.
