The Freedom Center offers two primary forms of outpatient care. These are partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient care programs.

The partial hospitalization program is the care level between inpatient and outpatient treatment. During PHP, clients undergo individual and group therapy, psychiatric and medical assistance, and peer support. They also receive cognitive-behavioral therapy to understand further the triggers leading to misuse of drugs or alcohol and how to avoid them. The Freedom Center Gaithersburg MD family program is another aspect that seeks to bring holistic healing to the close ones of the affected individual.
