Diors Lip Glow Oil features a soft, thick applicator that is simple enough to use. Even after one coat, my lips looked and felt luxurious and nourished. I tried the shade 001 Pink, which is a light pink. My usual routine included one to two coats of the oil, which is closer to a gloss but avoids the stickiness common to many formulas. Each time, the product went on nearly clear and quickly gave my lips a natural-looking tint with a gorgeous glow.

Whats The Formula Like

Dior use Luffa Cylindrica to help create a soft & smooth texture and wild mango which sounds nice and tasty!. The formula is a balanced mixture of lip care ingredients and makeup to help create a luscious appearance and glow. Application is smooth and the formula glides across the lips and is simple to apply evenly.

This formula is PH adaptable so is responsive to your skins PH value, which is what Dior are talking about when they mention their colour reviver technology. I cant say for sure how this Balm reacts on different lips but I really enjoyed the formula, it smelt tasty and I picked up some mint and a hint of vanilla scent. Mango butter had great moisturising properties and my lips do feel hydrated while wearing Dior addict, but I dont think the hydration lasted quite as long as the 24 hours Dior claim.

If you are wearing this in the sun, there is some SPF10 sun protection which reduce the chance of your lips drying out or burning in sunlight.

Lip Glow Shade Choices

There are 10 shades to choose from, here is a list of all the colour choices:

• 102 Matte Raspberry

I love the 001 pink shade most because the tone is flush and gorgeous. The tone is a very light and gentle pink that is cute and doesnt try to overwhelm you. When the formula changes as your lips warm it up the tone changes a little differently for everybody.

If you prefer a darker shade of lip balm berry and holo purple shades are darker but beautiful bold tones. Sometimes its nice to lose the glossy shine and the matte colour tones of pink and raspberry are much less shiny, but arent fully matte and still offer a little sheen effect on your lips.

With dry lips like mine, I am always interested in any product that can make my lips feel better and soothe the dryness. Dior Addict Lip Glow Pomade is a gel to oil textured lip balm for smooth, plump and radiant lips.

It has a cushiony tip so you can apply it directly to lips or use your finger to apply. Comes only in 1 shade, universal pink. It can be applied under or over lipstick.

I tried this in-store and yes, it has an instant hydrating and slightly plumping effect. I thought it would have a scent but there isnât one.

Diors Lip Glow Oil retails at $35, a price point thats on the high end but still somewhat more affordable than I expected from a luxury brand. Its not a budget-friendly lip product, but I think it is totally worth it. I received many compliments when wearing this, and I love how the scent and texture are barely there. The product is creamy, not too sticky, feels luxurious and hydrating on the lips, and the subtle tint of color is great for everyday or special occasions. To top it off, the packaging is classy and easy to bring along with you anywhere. In other words, the Dior Lip Glow Oil has a plethora of perks that really justified the price for me, though you can also find more accessible products that achieve similar goals if budget is your priority.

How It Looks And Feels Dior Addict Lip Glow Swatches

Youll smell that familiar strong feminine scent when you open the tube and take out the stick. I really really love this rosy vanilla scent that you might find on a casual body spray or light perfume. Maybe its the joy of opening and trying on a new exciting and pretty lip balm that makes it smell so good!!

The flush pretty pink colour is beautiful and this Dior addict lip glow being a balm I can feel the moisture in my lips that you just dont get with the average lipstick. Comfort and lip care is important to me and Dior offer a great balance between the strong colour and definition of a lipstick and the comforting hydration of a balm.

When I applied this lip glow to my lips it felt easy to apply and was smooth and luscious. Be careful to apply with some care because this is more colourful than a clear lip balm so a little care has to be taken but application is still possible without a mirror. If you regularly lick your lips youll notice there is no flavour which is a good thing because Id want to lick it a lot with its tasty light scent.

I love the soft pink of the 001 Pink colour I bought and the transparent casing feels solid to hold with nicely rounded edges and a raised Dior logo that caught my eye with the inner silver lip glow stick visible inside creating a stylish effect.

The silver lipstick tube fits perfectly into the pink casing and the little ridge lets it click back into place with ease. I love the snug quality fit of this addict lip glow.
